Who We Are

We are an estate planning and elder law firm based out of Cleveland, Ohio. At Rhodium Law, our approach to client service is rooted in our love for people. We understand that estate planning and elder law matters can be challenging, not only due to their complexity but also because they force us to confront our mortality. Our team is here to guide you through these challenges with compassion and legal skill.

Our principal attorney, Andrew C. Goodwin, leads the team at Rhodium Law. Attorney Goodwin is a graduate of Harvard Law School, and an experienced attorney with a background in handling complex transactions. Having worked for a large law firm and as in-house counsel for a leading global health system, Attorney Goodwin delivers high-quality legal representation in a timely manner and with a smile. Following his mother’s diagnosis of dementia, Mr. Goodwin pivoted his practice and began to focus on estate planning and elder law matters. He recognized the importance of preparing for the unexpected (such as incapacity), and now dedicates his practice to assisting clients who are either proactively planning for the future or dealing with a crisis.

Having experienced the challenges of finding the proper representation for estate planning and elder law matters, we understand what it’s like for our potential clients. This compassion and commitment to service, two of our core values, have led our team to take a client-centered approach to how we operate. Our clients are like family to us. We put their needs ahead of our own, and structure our firm to make their experience with us as pleasant as possible.
