The Rhodium Legacy Club.
A plan is not a document you file away. It is a relationship you keep.

At Rhodium Law, an estate plan is the beginning of a relationship, not the end of a transaction. Life keeps moving after the signing, and a plan that fit perfectly the day it was signed can drift out of step with a family’s circumstances over time. The Rhodium Legacy Club exists so it does not have to.
The Legacy Club is our ongoing client care program. It keeps the plans we build current, keeps the people we serve informed, and keeps a door open to our firm when life raises a new question. It is how coordinated private-client counsel continues past the first engagement: one relationship for the legal life of a family and its life’s work.
Why a plan needs ongoing care
A good estate plan reflects a family’s life at a moment in time. Then life changes. A marriage, a divorce, a new child or grandchild, a move to another state, a business bought or sold, a shift in the law: any one of these can move a plan out of alignment with what a family actually wants. Left unattended for years, a plan that was once exactly right can quietly become outdated.
The Legacy Club is built to meet that reality on the front foot. Rather than waiting for a change to surface a problem, members stay in a steady rhythm of review and communication, so the plan keeps pace with the life it was built to protect.
What membership includes
Membership centers on keeping a plan current and a relationship open.
- An annual review. Each year, we sit down with the member to talk through what has changed, in the family, the finances, and the law, and whether the plan should change with it.
- Ongoing education. Members receive regular communication and educational resources on estate planning, elder law, and the topics that affect their plan.
- A secure place for documents. Members have a secure way to store and reach their planning documents, so what matters is protected and available when it is needed.
- A standing relationship with our firm. Between reviews, members have a clear path back to the team for a question, a small update, or a new matter, without starting over with a stranger.
Membership covers the annual review, member education, secure document access, and selected routine updates within its scope. New planning, advanced or irrevocable-trust work, full restatements, and separate tax, business, or real-estate matters are handled as their own engagements. The particulars of enrollment are handled within the client relationship. This page is the introduction, not the fine print.
The relationship continues
Estate planning at Rhodium Law is coordinated, and coordination does not end at the signing ceremony. The Legacy Club is one of the ways we stay close to a family over time, alongside the counsel that carries a plan through when it is finally called upon. It reflects a simple conviction: that the work of protecting a family is a form of stewardship, and stewardship is ongoing.
